Entities affiliated with or formed by World Omni Financial Corp. ("World Omni") are regular issuers of asset-backed securities sold through public offerings and private placements. The securities are obligations only of the issuing entity and not of World Omni or any of its other affiliates. Asset-backed securities are interest bearing debt instruments that pay interest at fixed or variable rates depending on the series of securities. Principal of the securities is repaid to investors based upon the amortization of the underlying assets. In the case of World Omni, the underlying assets are automobile retail installment and lease contracts and wholesale floorplan financing contracts. Performance data on each outstanding public issuance is detailed below. Data is updated monthly.
